early arrival late checkout cute staff
I found the staff very cute. My room was ready early, a nice bonus. I really appreciated the late checkout because I was competing in an event. I will book again.
My room showed some wear, it was surprising.

The reception desk provided helpful and friendly assistance. Staff explained parking very well plus hotel facilities. They demonstrated traditional standards in the service, speedy and polite.

Breakfast was more than adequate, it was also well presented. The bar area served us very well with great service. Amal looked after us well with drinks and light eats, which I appreciated.

This hotel is in the city center. There are abundant shops, restaurants and local sites nearby. The hotel is convenient for exploring the city on foot, what I wanted.

Underwhelming Stay. Service Gaps and Room Issues
missing bathtub chaotic breakfast
I booked a superior room expecting certain amenities. I was let down. My room lacked a bathtub. This was important to me. Also the breakfast was very chaotic. Finding a table seemed like a competitive sport, and there was a queue for everything, it was not relaxing at all.

underfloor heating bath robe ample towels
i stayed in a classic king room. the room included underfloor heating in the bathroom. i found lots of towels and bath robes available.
i noticed the sink did not drain efficiently.

quick lifts cozy room helpful staff
the lifts were quiet and quick. the room was cozy with good facilities and i was impressed with the two books in the bedside cabinet. food options included a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

The hotel is ideally situated for access to the town centre. This was especially helpful given the heavy rain , awesome for convenient exploration despite the weather.

missing pillow disappointing breakfast
The staff was helpful and efficient. I guess that's something.
I had booked a superior room. but there was no bath tub. i had pre-ordered pillows, also as a marriott member. they were nowhere to be seen. Talk about disappointing! breakfast was a complete fiasco, and i won't stay here again or even consider the autograph brand.
